Our all levels class offers an approachable dynamic flow for almost every yogi while still providing a physical and mental challenge. Breath and postures are synched through focused energy, allowing each student to have their own unique experience. While holding poses and moving through transitions, options are given during class tailoring the flow to be nurturing to your body. Temperature ranges from 76-80°.
Beginner:
A great place to start for students new to yoga and who may like to get a grip on some of the fundamentals of vinyasa style class. You can expect an introduction to the principles of alignment, postures, and breath. This slower paced class is great for climbers developing mobility, stamina, and proprioception... my right foot goes where?
HEATED POWER:
OUR HOT POWER CLASSES OFFER A STRONG PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CHALLENGE. SIMILAR TO OUR POWER CLASS, STUDENTS ARE GUIDED TO CONNECT THEIR BREATH TO THEIR MOVEMENTS THROUGH CREATIVE SEQUENCING WITH VARIOUS FORMS OF INTENSITY AND HEAT. THIS CLASS IS A VINYASA-STYLE FLOW THAT PROVIDES OPTIONS FOR INVERSIONS AND ARM BALANCES. STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TRY NEW THINGS WHILE HONORING THEIR COMFORT LEVELS. CLASSES ARE HEATED FROM 90-95°. YOGA EXPERIENCE IS RECOMMENDED.

Our power classes offer a strong physical and mental challenge. Students are guided to connect their breath to their movements through creative sequencing including a faster pace and longer holds. This class is a vinyasa-style flow that provides options for inversions and arm balances. Students are encouraged to take breaks and modify as needed. Temperature ranges from 80-85°.
YIN:
YIN IS THE PERFECT YOGA TO PAIR WITH ANY OF YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING, PHYSICAL
ACTIVITIEs, and more specifically, climbers. The Focus is on slow DEEP stretches, PASSIVE, and LONG MEDITATIVE HOLDS. THESE DEEPER HOLDS WILL INCREASE FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY WHILE HELPING TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY. As a result, you'll find a CALM and BALANCE in your MIND AND BODY while offering a faster recovery.
