From the portal you can:
- Cancel your membership
- Update billing information
- View your membership detaiL
Canceling Your Membership
To cancel your membership through the Member Portal:
Cancellation requests must be submitted 15 days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following cycle. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
If you need help accessing your account, our front desk team is happy to assist.
- Log into your account. If you don’t have an account yet, select Create Account using the email on your membership
- Select Memberships.
- Click the three dots (⋯) next to your membership.
- Select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.
