• Our team will review all entries and select a winner.

Contest Timeline

• Contest Opens: August 27, 2025
  Submissions are officially open! Send us your designs via [email/link].
• Submission Deadline: October 6, 2025 (Monday, 11:59 PM PST)
  All entries must be received by this date to qualify.
• Winner Announced: October 13, 2025 (Monday)
  We’ll reveal the winning design on our website and social media.
• Apparel Release: November 2025
  The winning design will drop as part of our Fall/Winter apparel line. just in time for the cooler season.

Eligibility

• Open to all community members (ages 16+).
• Submissions must be original artwork created by the entrant.

How to Enter

• Submit your design by 10/6/2025 to [email protected]
• Designs must be in a digital format (PDF, PNG, AI, or JPEG preferred).
• One entry per person.

Prize

• The winning design will be featured on Flowstone’s upcoming Fall/Winter apparel drop.
• Winner will receive a free shirt with their design + recognition on our social media.
• No additional cash, royalties, or compensation will be provided.

Rights & Ownership

• By entering, you confirm your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, or otherwise).
• All entrants grant Flowstone a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display their submitted artwork for promotional purposes.
• The winning design becomes the exclusive property of Flowstone, and Flowstone reserves full rights to produce, market, and sell apparel or merchandise featuring the design without further compensation to the winner.

Publicity Release

• By participating, entrants agree that Flowstone may use their name, submitted design, and likeness (if provided) for promotional purposes in print, online, and social media, without additional permission or compensation.

Liability Release

• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Flowstone, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or use of submitted designs.

Selection

• Winner will be chosen by Flowstone’s team and announced A WEEK AFTER DEADLINe.
• Flowstone reserves the right not to select a winner if no submission meets standards.
