✅ Complete 18 Check-ins: Recorded via scanner (no manual check-ins allowed)
✅ Get on KAYA: Create a profile on the KAYA climbing app to track your progress
✅ Share the Journey: Post 1 photo/video on Instagram tagging @flowstone_climbing + #growwithflow.
